Artist created print means that each print is individually printed for you by the artist Jay von Koffler from the original file.
"Digital Paintings are printed on 78x27 polyster/cotton blend using a Roland FJ540 printer with pigment inks. The water resistant inkjet coating, combined with pigment inks provides for excellent longevity, as well as combating pollutants of printed images and maintains a high degree of ultraviolet resistance
designed for fine art inkjet prints. To care for paintings never place in direct sunlight."
Each print is numbered and signed by the artist Jay von Koffler and/or Jo Ann Hawley and attached with a Certificate-of-Authenticity. The edition-sizes are individually stated with the description of each artwork.
“The” Studio – HvK Designs reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason. Credit cards or sales that deem to be fraudulent, will not be processed. “The” Studio – HvK Designs will not ship to any destination it deems questionable or fraudulent. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will not be made or any other destination it deems invalid. Email addresses or any address must be verified before shipment of any artwork. Third party credit cards or transfers without prior approval will not be accepted.
Prints are shipped rolled in heavy duty cardboard tubes.
Prices do not include framing, mounting, stretching or shipping & handling.

Overseas: $30 USD
Prints are shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Please Note: Customs duties and other import taxes on prints shipped outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping & handling fees do not include import taxes or other import fees.
If your print arrives damaged, please return to “The” Studio – HvK Designs in its original packaging. Refunds will be on the return shipping & handling cost up to the value of your original shipping & handling charge, and a new print will be shipped as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Artist created prints are high-quality fine art prints on demand. “The” Studio – HvK Designs only produce prints when they are ordered. “The” Studio – HvK Designs is not able to offer full refunds for orders which are cancelled print or prints that have been made. Below is a detailed explanation of “The” Studio – HvK Designs policy:
“The” Studio – HvK Designs does not process the billing of any credit card order until the order has been printed. If a customer cancels an order - for any reason - prior to its printing, production is stopped on the order and the credit card is not billed.
If the customer cancels an order which has already printed prior to it being packed for shipping & handling, the shipping & handling process is stopped and will then issue a refund to the customer's credit card for the purchase amount. A $250.00 printing and production cost surcharge will be billed to the credit card for producing the print when it was ordered.
Upon receipt of the artwork by the customer, the customer shall have three (3) days to reject the work.
If a customer rejects a work after it has been shipped, it is “The” Studio – HvK Designs policy to offer a 50% refund of the purchase price charged for the item providing that it is returned to in its original package and original new condition.
If the prints are damaged in transit “The” Studio – HvK Designs will replace it without charging any costs, providing that it is returned in its original package.
Privacy: Hereby we warrant that all personal information given to “The” Studio – HvK Designs to fulfill an order are absolutely confidential and will not be given to third parties.
